I used 2 vintage quilt-tops (unfinished quilts) for these one of a kind palazzo pants. I laundered the fabric first. The waist is a tie belt with tassels on the end. One pocket for your phone! Sz medium to large...measurements: waist (uncinched)- 42", rise-13", inseam-32.5", leg opening-23". By "Don't Throw It Out ", my own brand. Price is firm since I used 2 quilt tops.
