Never opened. Still sealed in original plastic wrapping. Never taken out of box. I didn't want to I tape just to take photos. This is brand new and unopened. Very rare and hard to find, especially in new in box condition.
My grandmother bought tons of these department 56 village pieces and never opened or displayed. She didn't have a place to put them so they stay in storage. I found in her garage so the box is dirty and has some water damage. Please see photos. I do use recycled packaging when shipping.
