Navy blue floral romper dress by iZ Byer. This romper has a navy blue background with pin, mauve, mulberry, white, and green in the all-over floral pattern. It has It has adjustable spaghetti straps and off-the-shoulder ruffle sleeves that create a cold shoulder effect. The V neckline is lined with a ruffle that flows into a wrap or surplice front. The bottom is shorts or a romper with a high low skirt overlay. It has a back zipper closure. It is pre-owned, with a few sporadic pills, and is in great condition.
Size 5. Dress and shorts are 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The lining is 100% polyester. Machine wash cold, line dry, cool iron.
