This is a 4 ounce bottle of Charles of the Ritz Ritz conditioning nail bath. Bottle is full. It does say shake well. As you can see the line and the picture where it is separated. When you shake it, it turns into a pink cloudy fluid. No idea when this was produced, no date on the bottle. I’m having trouble finding it on the Internet. Maybe a rare item.
