Really really pretty large vintage brooch. Colorful rhinestones of all different shapes and sizes. Hanging tassel like feathered tail on the parrot. Gold tone backing. Approximately 7 inches long.
The back of it looks like it has been sautered (as shown in last 2 pictures)
This looks exactly like the Juliana D&E parrot but not 100% sure that it is.
