This is an official Disney sweatshirt from the 1991 release of "Beauty and the Beast."
It's an original vintage piece from the early 90s, made in the USA, featuring the unique transfer (heat-transfer) print of the time.
I purchased it from Santa Monica, a long-established vintage clothing store in Omotesando, and have kept it carefully as part of my collection.
Among the 90s Disney movie sweatshirts, which have been gaining popularity in recent years, the number of original USA-made pieces from the initial movie release is decreasing year by year.
