Knife Materials

How about for custom knife making?
My family member used to make custom knives, but has closed their workshop, so I will sell these to someone who can use them.

My brother bought these a long time ago, and they were stored in the workshop at my parents' house. I think some of them are very rare now.
I am not a knife maker, so I don't know the details,
so I would appreciate it if you could judge from the images.
