This is a bolt of indigo-dyed, shibori (tie-dye) yukata fabric.
My grandmother purchased this at the time, and it was stored as a bolt in a paulownia chest of drawers without being made into a yukata.
As it was stored in a paulownia chest, I haven't found any moth-eaten spots or stains upon inspection, and it's in beautiful condition.
The fabric is rolled around a core, but the length is unconfirmed. Please be aware of this.
The width is about 42cm.
It would be lovely to remake this into clothing.
