This is a pristine New Old Stock Stratton powder compact from England.

Vibrant printed enamel lid with flowers on a white background.
The dotted texture visible in the artwork is characteristic of the screen-printing or transfer process used for many Stratton enamel designs of the 70s-80s.
Not hand-painted, but a high-quality factory-applied printed enamel technique that gives a textured, almost stippled effect.
The gold-tone brass body has scalloped edges, a secure self-opening mechanism, and shows no signs of use.
It retains the original mirror with factory instruction sticker ("To open lid gently... A STRATTON Patent"), sifter, and sponge puff (sponge shows typical age-related crumbling but is complete).
