Found like this. The base has been painted. It is cast iron. Hand painted glass base/ font holder. Raised dotted paint on the flowers.
B&H on the font and the cap.
Burner marked Mar 27 1888 and April 11 1890.
Missing probably the B&H logo on top of the flame spreader.
Not tested. Not sure also what is original and what is not to the lamp.
It is 14" high as is.
