This is a digital slot car from Carrera, a long-established German manufacturer.
It was released as a collaboration to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Initial D, but it has not been released in Japan due to circumstances with the publisher.
The Mazda RX-7 FC3S of Ryosuke Takahashi, which appears in the series, is faithfully reproduced.
Carrera slot cars have a high level of detail, allowing them to be displayed as miniature cars as well as being run.
A Ryosuke figure of the same scale is also included, so I think it would look great displayed on a table.
Also, the retractable headlights can be opened and closed, and the headlights and tail lights light up when placed on the course.
This is a new, unopened item.
I think this is a model that is difficult to obtain in Japan, so fans should take this opportunity.
