Rare late 90s-2000s JOSEPH avant garde balloon hem black Maxi skirt.
The fabric is a soft napped cotton blend flannel, giving a grunge edge to the Japanese ( Yamamoto inspired) tailoring.
It's in good vintage condition, 1 owner. It has a nappy, imperfect texture and was designed that way - see photos. This is for a person who is comfortable with a bit of a ragged texture.
Note - the elastic drawstring waist is not slouchy or very stretchy.
