Dole Valve Co Bakelite Candle Holder with Candle.
Scarce, art deco style candle holder w *original unique U shaped Candle*
4" x 7" Base is done in chrome finish, mounted on Bakelite stepped base.
After much searching, this is the only Dole Valve Candle holder currently available that includes the original U shaped candle! The candle has a wick on each end to burn to meet in the middle.
Made by the Dole Valve Co in Chicago IL marked on the base & inside metal candle area.
Condition- Base & candle show aging. Chrome is pretty worn & scratched up. Black bakelite looks okay but has lost its shine.
Candle has discolorations & indents- prob from being left in an odd position in heat. It has maintained its U shape well & has no cracks. Neither end has been lit.
"U" shape is 8" wide & 1" wide & 6" tall
W/ candle has an overall height of 13.5"
