The main material uses Dyneema Bonded Leather developed by ECCO LEATHER, the first for a Japanese bag brand. It is the ultimate hybrid leather created by bonding Dyneema, said to be the world's strongest fiber, and cowhide. It is a thin and light leather, like paper, with about 15 times the strength of iron and is light enough to float on water. Furthermore, Dyneema Bonded Leather uses the "DriTan" tanning technology developed by the company, reducing water usage by approximately 25 million liters per year, and minimizing the discharge of wastewater and the use of chemicals, making it a sustainable leather.
