I think it's in very good condition for a jersey of this era.

This product is made for the American market, so the zipper pull is on the right side, which is the opposite of Japanese and European specifications.
It's not a women's item.

Since jerseys from the late 70s have a tight silhouette,
it probably fits like a Japanese M to L size.
Even those who wear S size can wear it loosely.
