There are no noticeable scratches, and although the accuracy is unknown, the exposure accuracy is normal and working properly.
In my amateur opinion, the lens is also in good condition with no scratches, fungus, or haze.
There are some minor scratches on the battery cover at the bottom of the body and some residue from a removed sticker on the bottom, but I personally don't think it's a big deal.
