This is a ballpoint pen that Pelikan sold as a matching pen for their "500" series fountain pens between 1955 and 1963.
The gray barrel is a rare specification only seen in the later models, making this a very unusual barrel color.
There are no engravings or dents, and it's in remarkably good condition, considering it's a 70-year-old ballpoint pen.
The pen has been tested and is in working order, fitted with a Schneider 700M refill.
