Hyakken Uchida's "Hyakken Zadan" first edition, with author's signature

This is a first edition of Hyakken Zadan by Hyakken Uchida, published by Sanseido in 1941. It is a bare book without a cover, and both the front and back covers have tears (see photos). Inside the book, there are some stains and dirt (see photos), but otherwise, there are no markings, writing, or tears, and it appears to be in good condition for its age. It is believed to be a presentation copy to Sadaharu Ito, who wrote "Shoyu Jōzōhō Binran" (Handbook of Soy Sauce Brewing), and there is a signature "Hyakken" inside the title page. A signed copy by Hyakken Uchida himself is extremely rare, making this a valuable book.
