This is a reproduction denim of the "501® 1922 Model" from LEVI'S VINTAGE CLOTHING (LVC). It is an early American-made lot, known as a rare model produced for a short period.
Faithfully reproducing the specifications of the time, the fit is very wide. In the 1920s, it was intended to be worn over work pants for warmth, so its unique thickness gives it a presence not found in modern denim.
This item still has a deep indigo color, and the fact that you can develop your own unique fading through wear is also appealing. I purchased it a few years ago and wore it a few times, but the size didn't fit, so I haven't worn it much. I would like to sell it to someone who will cherish it.
The 1922 model from LVC is highly regarded as a collector's item with condensed transitional details.
