NOTE: I am throwing in the 2025 supplement to this book. It is a paperback so there is visible wear and tear to the cover but the inside has no writings or highlights. You will notice in the photos I have tabbed and numbered the rules of civil procedure in the book (this is mostly what the supplement is) I am happy to remove them if you want I just figured someone might find them helpful. If you are planning to take Civ Pro and your professor is requiring a newer supplement, it’s only the federal rules of civil procedure, some US codes and only a few new cases so this 2025 supplement will most likely work for what you need.
