This is an original by Julie Willder Millinery. The color is called navy/ midnight. It is a very sturdy mesh hat perfect for horse races, tea parties and church. It can also be used for costumes and cosplay. I wore it once for the Kentucky Derby and received so many compliments on its beauty. There are two flaws to point out and shown in the last photos. One is a hole with a pencil lead for comparison and the other is also a hole but the wire remains so it is less obvious. I tried to photo them accurately so please ask if you have questions. Anyways, it’s a great, original hat
