Worn Once: Diane von Furstenberg Silk Sheer Blouse ♡ with Inner

I purchased this high-quality silk blouse at the Diane von Furstenberg flagship store in Ginza. (Diane von Furstenberg withdrew from Japan several years ago, so there are no longer any directly managed stores in the country.)

This blouse was worn by Serena (Blake Lively), the main character in the New York-based overseas drama "Gossip Girl."

It features a sheer black base with a gold leaf pattern, giving it a luxurious and very cute look.

I cherished it so much that I only wore it once. Although it's been a few years, I had it dry-cleaned immediately after wearing it and stored it carefully, so it's in good condition.

It's so cute, and I would be happy if someone could make good use of it.

I purchased it for around 80,000 yen.

The size is 2, equivalent to a size M.

It's a high-quality blouse made of 91% silk. (Only the gold leaf part is not silk; the main body is 100% silk.)
Silk chiffon has a softness that moves with every movement, setting it apart from others.

It comes with a matching camisole, which has a wonderfully smooth fabric that feels great against the skin and is very useful as an inner layer (Photos 11, 12).
In spring and summer, a simple inner layer that doesn't show through the lines is very useful, so I think this item will be useful on its own.

I was recommended this size because it looks cute when tucked into a skirt or pants with a bit of a loose fit.
Indeed, it looks cuter to have a slightly loose fit, allowing the luxurious softness and sheerness of the silk to show, so size 2 was the right choice.

Wearing the included camisole makes the sheerness of the blouse stand out and look cute, and it would also look great layered over a black turtleneck in the fall and winter.

The sleeves are also well-designed, with a change from the elbow down and tucks that create a fluffy, flared look (Photo 5). It's soft silk, so it flutters with every movement and is very cute. As expected of a high-quality blouse, the silhouette when worn is very beautiful.

Silk chiffon is a very delicate fabric, but I only wore it once (for about 5 hours), so there are no minor snags or imperfections, and it's in very clean condition.
The original price of this blouse was high, so I think it's a great deal to get a beautiful item with no signs of wear at this price.
