This is a Takara "Charles" Enjoy Doll released around 2016.
The Ricca BF body of that time seems to have been switched to China-made, so the head is made in Japan and the body is made in China.
I immediately bought the "new, unopened item" at a vintage shop for collectors.
Because of the very rare hairstyle, it was quite expensive. (T∀T)
Because of that, it was a waste, so I kept it unopened in a dark place with great care.
