This stunning pendant is part of an estate. I am NOT a jeweler, simply a lover of jewelry that I have collected from flea markets, estate sales and antique shops over a number of years so am offering my lay opinion.
The sterling pendant measures approximately 2-3/8" from the top of the bail and 1" at its widest point. The piece is marked LMY which I believe stands for Navajo artist Larry Moses Yazzi. The price is based on similar items found on various internet sites by the same designer.
The inlaid stones "appear" to be spiny oyster, mother-of-pearl and lapis lazuli. It is a substantial piece sure to become a keepsake for your jewelry collection.
