This is for an Old Vintage Chinese Thai Gilt Carved Wood Foo Dogs / Guardian Lions? with Colored Glass - Pair
Don't know exact date made but these were sold at auction for $700 for the pair. Which the tag is still shown on the bottom. Started bit at $350 for the pair.
They measure approximately 6" w x 8.5" h x 2 5/8" d - each
They are in good condition with some minor imperfection, please view the images for better description of the exact condition of this pair of figures.
Don't know much about these two beautiful Foo Dogs / Lion Dogs other than the auction details. As they were purchased at an estate sale.
One of the figures back right leg has a large crack on the wood as shown in the images. All colored glass seams to be intact, there is however just a few missing, very minimal. Amazing condition for their age.
