Rain jacket by ORC, known for manufacturing combat shelters.
Nylon shell with waterproof coating and seam tape on the inside.
Zippered ventilation under the arms.
The hood can be rolled up and secured with a Velcro strap.
The rolled-up hood sits right where the label is, so the label is a bit crumpled.

The front has a double layer, though it doesn't have waterproof zippers.
The hood can be tightened with a drawcord.
Velcro adjusters on the cuffs.
Drawcord also at the hem.

The parka is 2007 contract.
The liner is 2004 contract.
Both have numbers on them, but appear to be unused.
There is no damage that would affect wear, other than age-related deterioration.
It is designed to accommodate an M-65 jacket liner.
A liner of the same size is also included.

Marked Size: X-SMALL
Flat Measurements: Sleeve length (from center of back) 88cm, Chest 58cm, Length 82cm (approx.)

Even though it's marked XS, it's designed to be oversized as an outer layer.
It comes with a liner, so it should be useful in the coming seasons.
