THIS IS AN OLD ONE! I would date this to the late 1800's to early 1900's
Brown full length fur coat. Looks to be beaver but may be a different animal. SEE PICTURES. 100% natural and not faux hair. Almost looks like an old trapper coat. Different shades of brown (darker and lighter). Satin interior. Heave stitched seams and heave stitching at pocket openings.
Purchased at an estate sale out of central Ohio.
NO TAGS...IT MAY BE CUSTOM/HOME MADE.
Looks to be an old women's size large but please check these measurements to be sure...
20" sleeve, 18" pit to pit, 37" length
Condition: No holes or rips. Not dried out. Pits are in good shape. It has its original closure hooks. Some of the lining around the hooks is loose and should probably be resewn. Overall great shape for its age. SEE PICTURES.
GIVEN ITS AGE THIS COULD BE WORTH MUCH MORE THAN I AM ASKING!
