Waterman's Carène fountain pen. This is a high-end writing instrument made in France. The entire body is brass with a lacquer finish. It also uses an 18-karat gold nib.

This product is compatible with both cartridges and converters. Please use the genuine converter. Although the nib does not flex, so you may not feel the typical fountain pen experience, the ink flow is very smooth and it writes very well, making it easy to use even for beginners.

Although the photos of this product show what appears to be dirt, it is actually almost non-existent, and the pen is believed to be in near-new condition. Ink has been used once, and it wrote normally.

The clip is movable and is designed to easily hold items.
