This is a vintage Made in USA patch pocket dark navy (almost black) blazer from Hart Schaffner Marx
All of the good details, like gold-brass buttons and patch pockets made from 100% wool hopsack (I can not find a size or materials tag but going on information I can find on blazers made for this and other sold listings I believe it is wool)
Using the measurements below I est it to be a 44 Regular to long, depending on how you like your jackets.
