Two VTG 90s Yukon Native Art Mugs By Lynn Blaikie Ravens Flight & Morning Sun
Two white porcelain mugs with gold trim and vibrant native art designs by Yukon artist Lynn Blaikie. Manufactured in White Horse, Canada. Each mug measures 4" H with a 3 diameter. Both mugs are in good vintage condition, both are dated on the bottom, one was made in 1996 and the other in 1998. There are no cracks or chips on either mug, there are a couple of small marks near the handles of each mug, I suspect it is from paint left in the manufacturing process. The gold trim is slightly faded in some areas.
Lynn Blaikie is a Canadian artist known for her unique and vibrant artwork, primarily created using the batik method. Her art often portrays life in the Yukon and Northern Canada, featuring themes of nature, community, and the northern lights.
