Panasonic Q SL-GC10 GameCube (Not Working / For Parts) Read.
The console is not working. I received the console as part of a trade (I received the way you see in the last picture) . The previous owner tried to make a HDMI mod and messed up with the power supply board. I fixed some traces but the power supply still doesn't works, when you plug it in it blows the fuse. I couldn't trace what is shorted. I did test all the other parts kn a known working console. That means the Top part with the lcd screen works, the front panel works and the video board also works.
The laser didn't read the games or dvd. Tray and rails are 3d printed.
It came missing all the screws so I tried my best to match the stock ones but be in mind that they are replacement.
This console is for parts or for exposition.
The shell is in good condition. I did put it together.
