US Army ERDL Green Leaf Pattern Camouflage Pants Vietnam War 1968 S/R

These are DSA 1968 issue items adopted by the US Army.
They are ripstop poplin 100% cotton fatigue pants.

They have six pockets: two on the sides, two on the thighs, and two on the seat.
The flap pockets have hidden button closures.
The buttons are lens-shaped.
The front closure has one button and a brass RAPID zipper.
There are adjusters on both sides of the waist.
The cuffs can be tightened with a drawcord.
