According to a vintage clothing store employee, this is the model worn by Nana Komatsu. It is made by Descente.
The ribbing is in good condition.
The zipper has some paint chipping, but it opens and closes without any problems.

There are two pinholes on the left rear arm, near the ribbing.
There are some pills on the left rear arm.
There is one pinhole on the right rear arm, at the seam.
Otherwise, I did not find any other issues.

I regularly inspect the item, but there may be oversights.
