This is a Pelikan Souverän M805 with a medium nib. It's the version with a silver nib and clip, like the M800.
I bought it used and was struggling with ink skipping, but it was adjusted at a pen clinic. It writes smoothly now.
There are no accessories included, just the pen itself.
The nib has some tarnish on the left side, and the body has minor scratches from use, but they don't affect writing.
