At first glance, it looks like a safari jacket, but considering the fabric and details, it appears to be a bespoke Norfolk jacket.

A Norfolk jacket is a type of country jacket worn in Britain from the late 19th to the early 20th century, often worn for hunting and golf. It gets its name from the Norfolk region in the 19th century and the Duke of Norfolk, a master hunter, who wore it as hunting attire.

While they are typically made of wool, this one is made of cotton pique. Just the change in fabric significantly increases its rarity.

Although there are no tags, judging by the materials used, it's likely from Europe in the 1930s-40s.

The silhouette is surprisingly beautiful for a vintage piece. Being a custom-made item from that era, it was only available to the wealthy, and the tailoring is excellent.
