Unused, stored item. LEVIS reproduction 502XX W32 BIG E made in Japan, 1998.

Levi's Vintage Clothing reproduction, deadstock unused item of 502-XX01. Made in Japan reproduction.

I assume that those who are familiar with Levi's will purchase this, so I will omit detailed explanations from here, but this is not the poorly-regarded flat-selvedge 502 reproduction from the early 1990s to 1997, but the improved twill-selvedge specification.
It is believed to be from 1998.

I have experience wearing a Japanese reproduction of the 502XX with twill selvedge from 1998, which had the same specifications at the same time, and it was completely different from the flat-selvedge version up to that point. The selvedge fading appeared properly, and the vertical fading was also excellent. I personally believe that Levi's Japanese reproductions from this period onward have a fabric feel that is not inferior to the Valencia reproductions of the original USA Levi's.

It appears to be rinsed (1 wash, 502-XX01) and not rigid (502-XX00).

The flasher and guarantee ticket are attached, but the white thread sewing the guarantee ticket to the back pocket is broken and appears to be peeling off.
