The 1920s denim trousers are one of the iconic items that symbolize T.T.
Taiga Takahashi favored denim from so-called "store brands" rather than famous denim brands. Among them, he particularly loved "Foremost," which was handled by J.C. Penney. These brands started production by imitating well-known denim brands in the 1920s and gradually established their own styles through trial and error. Takahashi collected those denims and pondered the ingenuity of the time, which sought to differentiate themselves from major brands through detailed innovations. T.T's original denim is created in a way that inherits that creative spirit.

The material uses 100% American organic cotton. The 3/1 left-hand twill light-ounce denim is woven in Okayama using old-fashioned power looms, which take 10 to 20 times longer than modern looms.
By weaving at a low speed, the natural unevenness of the cotton yarn is preserved, creating a rich expression and uneven texture. The warp threads are indigo-dyed with a blend of sulfur dyes to express a distinct green cast. The core white is left by rope dyeing. For the weft threads, specially ordered nep yarn dyed in a yellowish natural color is used to express aging. The combination of these two types of yarn creates a deep and profound T.T original indigo blue.
The fabric is pre-shrunk to reduce shrinkage. It is selvedge denim with white ears, and this feature can be seen in various places such as the back of the belt.

The high-rise jeans feature a strikingly wide silhouette that falls straight from the thigh to the hem. Essential design elements such as the rounded curves of the front pockets and the buckle back on the back are faithfully followed.
The buttons and back parts with original engravings are all made of iron, and are not coated, allowing you to enjoy the changes in texture over time.
