This is a Chimayo jacket from the now-defunct TRUJILLO'S.
I acquired this here, but the size didn't fit, so I haven't worn it. I'd be happy if someone with the right size could take it.
Measurements are approximate:

Shoulder width: 40cm
Recommended for women around size M, or men around size S.
