SHE IS BEING SOLD AS IS FOR RESTORATION. From the 1960s, we have a Mattel Swirl Ponytail Barbie head with a gouge out of her nose. There are some rubs on her face paint and her lips could use a repaint. I do not see any hair plugs missing, no green ear, and not neck splits. There are some pin holes on her ears.
