Vintage 2 piece formal, black velvet, slip dress with a beaded, mesh top by Stenay in a women's size 10. Made in the USA. The dress is 90% polyester, 10% spandex stretch velvet. Spaghetti straps and rear slit. It can be worn alone but comes with a matching beaded mesh top with a floral design. I'm sure there are some beads missing from the top but none I could find that were too noticeable. The top is heavy. Dry clean. Approximate measurements shown in photos. You can mix and match theses and other pieces to create a variety of formal attire looks.
