This is new with tags. I had an unexpected event and ordered about 5 dresses, hoping one would fit. Im only 5 foot, so this dress was too long, and I didn't have time to get it hemmed.
This dress is very good quality and heavy thick material. This is velvet and has a bit of stretch. Back zipper and corset tie in the back. This dress also has hidden pockets! I have also attached the sizing according to the manufacturer.
