I don’t know who made it, there’s no label but it’s a fabulous boiled wool waistcoat cape drape type garment in the most wonderful autumnal colours and details - a bit boho, ethnic and hippy I love it but I think you need to be a little shorter across the shoulders to wear this (I’m an 18 with very broad shoulders. So think it’s a 14/16 tbh but maybe even a draped look On a 12
