Beautifully looked-after fully lined Vintage Monsoon skirt. Please just remember that a size 12 from the early 2,000's is probably senator than a size 12 now. I can provide measurements if necessary. Just perfect as we move into a cooler season. Gorgeous detail with beads and pleated fabric flower detail. 3 little buttons as trim on the waistline. Kick pleat on the left hand side. It has to be about 16 years old but I haven't worn it in at least a decade, if not more.
