Absolutely stunning dress by Monsoon Size 14 Cobalt blue, very striking colour! Would go with silver or gold accessories. Wore once to a wedding and has been stored ever since (please excuse the creases - I don’t have a steamer yet 🫣) Really sad to part with this but I haven’t worn it since 2009 so it has to go! Beautiful ruffled V-neck style with ruffles at the top of the arms The tie waist really accentuates every shape 🤩 Under-dress/slip gives great shape too, and the spaghetti straps are adjustable to your preference.
