vintage Jolibel short sleeve midi sailor style dress

Sweet, cute and conservative dress by Jolibel from the 80's early 90's. Dark royal blue with white mother of pearl buttons. It buttons down the front. White stitching detail on the wide sailor collar. The fabric has the look and feel of linen but with out the wrinkle issues. It is 100% polyester. Hand wash. Shoulder pads. Belt detail in the back with matching mop buttons. Size 8. It measures 49" long. 16" across the top of the shoulders. Laying flat seam to seam it's 20" across under the arms, 16" at the waist, 20" at the hips. Like new condition. It does not look like it was ever worn. Made in Canada.
