This is a vintage 1989 UNICEF Ambassador Barbie doll. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is earing a red, white and blue gown with stars on sheer fabric. She has a gold and red sash with a star in the middle. I put a pair of blue high heels, a blue purse, and a red brush with her. I received this doll with this dress on so I'm not sure if she belongs in this dress but she also was wearing the matching underpants. Her hair is two-toned, her knees do bend, her waist does twist, her arms are bent at the elbows but do raise up. She is in awesome condition, and her gown is as well except the underneath is faded.
