The vase features a vivid turquoise/robin's egg blue opaline body decorated with hand-applied enamel florals and delicate gilt detailing. A hand-painted "R" initial is present within the decoration, consistent with a decorator's signature or workshop initial, a common practice on 19th-century European opaline glass.

The form includes a flared trumpet rim and a stepped knop base. The underside displays a clear pontil scar, confirming hand-blown manufacture rather than pressed glass.
