This is a hoodie from "Labrador Retriever," a brand that supported the 90s American casual and Ura-Hara boom.
The neck tag is a rare original piece from that time, featuring the name of the brand's founder, Shinichi Nakasone.

This piece was made when they were particular about being "Made in Japan."
The exquisite "sumi-kuro" (charcoal gray) fade (color fading) that can only be achieved after nearly 30 years is cool, and it has a vintage feel that is not found in today's clothing.
