The Corntop family were first released into the UK Sylvanian range in 1989, they were released in the third wave of figures, including the Underwood Badgers and Forrester Dogs. The grandparent figures were exclusive to the US market, where the family were called Hoppinset. The grandparents are quite hard to find these days. The family were released again in the early 2000s by Flair, wearing slightly different outfits.
