VINTAGE 7" BRASS SAND HOURGLASS ZODIAC SYMBOL ROMAN NUMERAL TIME NAUTICAL This is a very solid, very attractive vintage nautical hour glass. Cage and fittings are solid brass. It is filled with white sand. The top and bottom are engraved with Roman Numerals and Zodiac Signs, with the God Chronos in the middle. The same engraving appears when the hourglass is turned. The brass has a nice vintage patina. It runs 15 minutes and has been timed. Vintage collectible sand timer very nice for marine gift Perfect for interior decoration and gifting purposes.
